Fourteen trees have been planted!

Congratulations to Grade 2B and Grade 5H. They are our Cartridge Recycling Winners for February and March. They planted their Natal Lavender Trees near the Resource Centre as their reward for the cartridges they collected. We have planted 14 trees on the school property since the start of this project in September 2010. Well done to all the Brescia Families that have brought in cartridges for recycling. Thank you very much to Margie Noakes for preparing the holes for planting and for nurturing our young trees. The trees will be covered in hessian to protect them from the winter frost.  All the classes were challenged to bring in more cartridges by Monday 30 May. At the moment Grade 5H will be the winners for May too.
