Brescia House swaps printer cartridges for trees

The pupils of Brescia House Primary School in Bryanston have been working very hard and have received 17 Jacket Plumb trees in the last year from Green Office which have been planted on the school grounds.
Two classes in particular have excelled with their collection efforts. 5H have been the leading class of the year having collected 143 cartridges, and 2W are following with 61 cartridges.
Green Office provides customized document solutions with the aim of making work-places more eco-friendly. "Green Office sell printer cartridges and we realised that there needs to be somewhere for them to go at the end of their lifespan," said Corporate Social Investment Schools Manager Mineze Taylor. "We see to it that they are remanufactored or recycled."
