Camp Nelu - 2011

Camp Nelu will go down as a highlight of the Grade 5 year. The facilitators soon bonded with their groups, with the girls becoming quickly loyal to their respective teams. Survival, Protect-Your-Egg, Drumming, Grass-Weaving, Obstacle Course, Mud Bath, Campfire, Toasted Marshmallows, were some of the favourites. The food was fabulous, sleeping in dorms was fun and not missing parents was surprising! Even a day of rain, did not dampen the excitement and high spirits. As always, the Brescia girls were complimented on their behaviour. Although they had enormous amounts of fun, the girls were thrilled to see their parents on Friday, to regale them with their tales of adventure!
