The Family Life Centre is running the following Parent Enrichment Group, 4 weekly sessions of 2 hours each. SYSTEMATIC TRAINING FOR EFFECTIVE PARENTING JUNIOR for 6 – 12 YEARS OLD (Also known as S.T.E.P Jnr) Venue: 1 Cardigan Road, corner Crescent,                          Parkwood (Opposite Zoo Lake Swimming Pool) Begins on:       19th October 18:00 to 20:00 Last Group to take place on 9th November. This group caters for parents of children aged between 5 - 12 years who wish to enhance their relationships with their children.  It focuses on a democratic style of parenting.  It teaches parents positive ways to relate to discipline and how to encourage their children.  It is based on principles of mutual respect and equality.  It gives a practical, step by step approach to parenting.
